Description

The whistle flute jedinka, a single labial flute, crafted from one block of wood. It is cut in a square shape and there are six finger-holes on the front side. Both the holes and the ornament (which is barely visible) are burned. The instrument is yellow.

The whistle flute jedinka was most likely used as a shepherd’s instrument. It was made by a member of the Gereci family.
