Description

The bagpipes consist of bellows made of goat hide, a wooden chanter, and a wooden blowpipe through which the air is blown into the bellows. The holes where goat’s legs used to be are closed with a small round wooden plank and a pig’s tooth. The finger-holes are arranged 6:2.

Note

In Livanjsko polje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the bagpipes were usually played at weddings.
