The Collection of Musical Instruments
The double flute, a twin-bore labial monoxyle flute, crafted form one block of beech wood. The holes are arranged 5:4. It is ornamented with a burnt ornament on the front side.
The double flute was used as a shephed’s instrument “for playing patriotic songs” (Širola, 1942).
